I ordered 2 pairs of shoes... it took forever for them to arrive.

I tried to cancel before they shipped, but they said they were in transit (lie). Shoes arrived, and they are not good; besides, they don't fit, so I want to return them. The website requires you to call them to get approval to return with shipping instructions. They sent an email and offered to send more shoes, but I had to pay for shipping.

I called 5-6 times, but nobody ever answered.

Attached are screenshots of my phone with 2 and 3-hour holding times. Now the customer service number has been disconnected.

They refunded me for the pair I didn’t order, which was exactly like the one I ordered. Now they shipped my order delivery date 3/19 or 3/20.

I live near a major city with the largest airport in US, tracking said it arrived here 3/20 and then the plane left the airport.

That’s what my tracking said not out for delivery. I’ll just keep sending emails.

The reason I ordered these shoes is because I have friends that have enjoyed them very much and liked them. I have been using Skechers and they fit me very well; I expected that these would fit me just as well, but they do not, and I can't help that. I really wanted them to work out for me and they have not; they do not fit properly, so please respond to this.

Why in the world do I need to have 100 characters for you to accept this message? That is ridiculous that I should have to go through all of this rigmarole to get you to understand that I really want to be able to wear these, but I cannot, so let's get with it and promptly.

Do NOT buy anything from HIKE!!! They do NOT have a telephone number or customer service number.

They do have a chat that takes at least 4 days to receive a reply.

When they do reply they say will resend the correct size on one pair (I ordered 2 pairs) if I send in another $9.99… as if I would spend anymore $$ with this kind of company! I have 2 pairs of shoes and one pair of inserts totaling $162.00 that I cannot wear… I feel totally stupid for ordering from a company online!!!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and 1 set of inserts. They are a bit too small, so I went to their return/exchange site - only it now says this page not available.

So, I wrote on their chat with the company site several times. I have not heard back from anyone at all!!! I need to return these shoes & inserts for a total refund. I was willing to exchange them for a larger size, however, due to this ridiculous hassle I just want to return them for a refund.

I paid $162.43 for these 3 items.

Any assistance you can give to me would be greatly appreciated !! Thank you!

I have left several messages for them to call me back. Their phone number is non-existent as far as I’m concerned.

All I wanna do is exchange the shoes for the correct size since they sent me the wrong size the shoes look like they are very good and they are nice haven’t walked in them have haven’t tried them anywhere because they were way too big. What they sent me.

I’ve sent them several messages to have them call me because that’s the only way you can get through hopefully they will get a hold of me tomorrow morning and I will be able to resolve this entire issue my name is HGenie and my phone number is 614361****. I don't appreciate being put on hold for 20 minutes and just keep saying that the agent will be with you shortly. Maybe what you should do is take a phone number and say you're gonna call someone back.

This is a terrible way to handle anything. I believe the shoes you sent me are gonna be too big because I don't wear 37 or 38 usually, so I don't know what to tell you, but I do have them here. I haven't tried them on because of the size 40. I believe it's too big, but if someone would call me back, I would appreciate it.
